Hi, I’m Tess, a Certified Nurse Midwife and the co-founder of Woven Care Wellness.

I created Woven Care Wellness because I believe healthcare should be personal, compassionate, and designed around you—not the other way around. My passion is caring for women and families through every stage of life, from adolescence and pregnancy to postpartum, menopause, and beyond.

I combine evidence-based medicine with an integrative approach, taking time to understand your whole story and partner with you to achieve your health goals. Whether you’re seeking wellness care, prenatal or postpartum support, lactation guidance, hormone optimization, mental health support, or peptide therapy, my goal is to provide care that is individualized, accessible, and rooted in trust.

One of the things that makes Woven Care Wellness unique is the flexibility to receive care in the comfort of your home or in the clinic, allowing healthcare to fit into your life.
